In this section you will find more information about the different pathways that you or your loved on may follow.

A patient pathway is a term we use to describe the different steps on your healthcare journey. At different points in your life you may follow different pathways. This may include: an outpatient appointment at a clinic, either at your local hospital or in the Level 1 Centre (Bristol); coming to the Level 1 Centre (Bristol) for surgery; or being supported through your pregnancy/ ante-natal journey.

Our specialist hospital teams have designed these interactive pathway documents to show you the steps that you may take on your journey. You may click on the documents where indicated to find out more about a particular area.

The documents are groups by the age of the patient:

If you have any thoughts or comments on these pathways, please contact Vanessa.Garratt@uhbristol.nhs.uk
