Dr Hulbert-Powell trained in general paediatrics in the Wessex region working at Southampton Children’s hospital, Queen Alexandra Hospital - Portsmouth, Poole General Hospital, Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital and Salisbury District Hospital. She has experience working in general paediatrics, neonatalogy and paediatric intensive care. As part of her training she spent a year working as a paediatric cardiology registrar at Southampton Children’s Hospital. She was appointed as a consultant in general paediatrics with expertise in cardiology in October 2017.
