Current role and experience
Dr Wallis is a Consultant in general cardiology with experience in adult congenital heart disease, having trained in ACHD in Birmingham and Cardiff and has helped develop the ACHD Service across South Wales. Dr Wallis is employed by ABMU health board and runs ACHD clinics in Neath Port Talbot Hospital, Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend and Singleton Hospital, Swansea. In addition, she holds an honorary contract and undertakes ACHD clinics and Joint Cardiac-Obstetric clinics in The University Hospital of Wales , Cardiff and also runs a satellite ACHD clinic in Glangwili Hospital, Carmarthen.
Interests outside of work
Outside of work Dr Wallis' interests are learning Welsh, her children and their numerous sporting interests and looking after the family's horses, sheep and sheepdog.
