Somerville Heart Foundation with Youth at Heart employ a CHD Health Youth Worker (Xander), who works in partnership with the South Wales and South West CHD Network. He supports young people aged 13-24, and their families, living with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD).
Xander is on parental leave between 23rd April and 11th September 2026 inclusive. Although the Somerville Heart Foundation Youth Service will be operating on a reduced basis, Xander will be available on some clinic days. Please contact Somerville Heart Foundation for details on info@sfhearts.org.uk
